Our workshop
Kavram Oto is an independent workshop bringing scheduled maintenance, mechanical repair, auto electrics and body work together under one roof for cars and light commercial vehicles. We believe it matters that a car stays with the same team from intake to handover.
Every job starts with an inspection. The parts to be replaced, the labour items and the total are shared in writing, and nothing is touched without your approval. If something comes up that changes the plan, we ask for your approval again.
How we work
- No job card is opened without an inspection; diagnosis is by measurement, not by guesswork.
- The price is shared in writing before work starts, and no items are added afterwards.
- The old parts that were replaced are shown to the customer.
- We work independently of any make, and the work is recorded in the service book.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps from booking to handover
- 01 Booking We take your registration, the complaint and your preferred date.
- 02 Inspection The car goes up on the lift and the fault is confirmed by measurement.
- 03 Approval The parts and labour list is sent to you with its price.
- 04 Handover A road test is carried out and the car is handed back washed.

Each technician has their field, their time in the workshop and the systems they cover written on their profile. The person who takes your car in and the technician who does the work appear on the same job sheet.
